Ngaged Ltd. are a very well-established alternative provision operating in Dorset, Hampshire, and Wiltshire. We deliver personalised education and mentoring packages, for vulnerable young people, unable to access a suitable education placement, many of whom are students with an EHCP. Sessions can take place in the student's home, in the local community settings or within the school. Ngaged Ltd. provides 1:1 Teachers (QTS) and Mentors, who empower students to re-engage with their education and learning.

What we're looking for...


There are two main roles in our team and although many of the qualities overlap, the two roles have a distinct emphasis: an academic or mentoring focus.


The young people we work with often have social, emotional, and mental health needs. They require empathetic, understanding, and patient professionals, to boost their confidence and self-esteem.
