Every member of our team truly makes a difference in our young people's lives, enjoying the opportunity to create their own sessions to support our students. Our fabulous team of conscientious, supportive and enthusiastic mentors and tutors communicate regularly with each other and the leadership team to share ideas to produce the best outcomes.
We are currently seeking to expand our team. There are two main roles in our team and although many of the qualities overlap, the two roles have a distinct emphasis: an academic or mentoring focus. 
Ngaged Ltd is committed to safeguarding and keeping children and young people safe from harm and promoting their welfare.
Ngaged Ltd. are a very well-established alternative provision operating in Dorset and Hampshire. We deliver personalised education and mentoring packages, for vulnerable young people, unable to access a suitable education placement, many of whom are students with an EHCP. Sessions can take place in the student's home, in the local community settings or within the school.
Ngaged Ltd. provides 1:1 Teachers (QTS) and Mentors, who empower students to re-engage with their education and learning. The young people we work with often have social, emotional, and mental health needs. They require empathetic, understanding, and patient professionals, to boost their confidence and self-esteem.
Essential Requirements
- A reliable Car
 - Driving licence with Business Use Insurance (or willingness to acquire this additional insurance)
 - Excellent references, QTS (for Teaching positions)
 - Subscription to DBS Update Service (we are happy to help facilitate this)
 - Willingness to undertake CPD
 
Desirable Requirements
- Experience of working with young people who have additional needs.
 
WE OFFER A VARIETY OF CONTRACTS INCLUDING FULL-TIME TERM TIME HOURS
A full-time role (minimum of 20 hours per week) with a competitive salary which is comparable to a mainstream setting, in addition to a generous travel allowance, pension scheme and holiday pay.
