In a previous chapter, I was a Sailor and have travelled all over the world. Over the past decade I have honed my teaching skills and specialised as a Pastoral and Dept. leader and SENCo. These days you can find me dancing and singing in the kitchen with my children and embarking on new projects at home and helping out and about in the local community.

Life Before Ngaged Ltd

I'm a qualified SENCo and most recently worked in college settings overseeing and managing the education journeys of hundreds of young people with EHC plans and hundreds more with need profiles but no formal plan. I offer a good link to our local authority colleagues having already established many working relationships in my former roles. I can also offer local, regional and national knowledge regarding the EHC process, SEMH support, legal proceedings and the wider SEND landscape including legislation and statutory guidance. As a secondary school teacher and middle manager with departmental and pastoral experience, I'm also able to help plan for further success with our expanding curriculum offer.
