I hold a Masters degree in Personnel & Development, which underlines my academic prowess and commitment to continuous learning. I am a Human Resources (HR) Professional with a rich background spanning 17 years in the field. My journey in HR has been marked by dedication, expertise, and a commitment to fostering positive workplaces.

With a solid foundation in HR generalist practices, I have successfully navigated the dynamic landscape of human resources across many sectors. I have worked in the Education sector for a couple of years now and most recently worked within an SEN school, which is where my passion to work with young people with additional needs was born.
