When I'm not working with the team at Ngaged, I'm also a Sleep Consultant, supporting families to get the rest they need. I love spending time with my husband and our children. We enjoy getting out and about, finding new places to explore, and our favourite place to visit is the beach, where we can relax, enjoy the fresh air and spend quality time together. I also love music, festivals and theatre. I was fortunate enough to travel a lot as a child due to my parents' work, and had the opportunity to live in both Spain and Malaysia. I'm really excited to be part of the team at Ngaged and am committed to making a positive difference for young people and their families.

Life Before Ngaged Ltd

I gained a First Class Honours degree in Early Childhood Studies before going onto complete my PGCE at Winchester University. I spent 10 years working in education, in both Early Years and Key Stage 1. During this time I developed a deep understand of children's development, well being and individual needs, and became passionate about creating environments where every child feels safe, valued and able to thrive. Alongside my teaching role, I was a Designated Safeguarding Lead and I also supported and championed children in receipt of Pupil Premium funding and those who were Looked After, advocating for their needs and helping to ensure they had the opportunities, support and encouragement they needed to flourish.
