Life Before Ngaged Ltd

Before joining Ngaged, I worked as a Year R class teacher, where I supported young children’s early learning, development, and wellbeing through structured, play-based, and inclusive teaching. Prior to this, I worked as a Work Coach, delivering traineeship programmes and supporting young people with employability skills, confidence building, and preparation for further education or work. These roles gave me valuable experience in mentoring, communication, and supporting learners at different stages of their educational journey.

What I Do At Ngaged Ltd

At Ngaged Ltd, I work as an Academic Tutor, supporting students with their learning, personal development, and progression. I deliver structured sessions, provide individual support, and help learners develop both academic skills and confidence. I work closely with students to ensure they feel supported, understood, and motivated, while maintaining a safe, positive, and respectful learning environment.
